Before you provide payment details, you will see your monthly total, what it includes, the billing interval, renewal amount, charge dates and how to cancel, and you will be asked to agree to any recurring charge. You may cancel at any time using a method at least as simple as the one you used to sign up.

Not for emergencies

Vida Suya does not provide emergency or urgent care. In an emergency, call 911.

Website content

Information on this website is general and educational. It is not medical advice and does not replace an evaluation by a licensed clinician.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

About compounded medication

Compounded medications offered through Vida Suya are prepared by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy. They have not been approved, evaluated or reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are not generic versions of, and are not the same as, any FDA-approved drug product. Vida Suya is a telehealth platform and is not the compounder or manufacturer of any medication. Compounded drugs are appropriate only when a patient's medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug. Available only by prescription following an individualized evaluation by a licensed prescriber.
