Vida Suya
Weight care with a licensed clinician

Feel like yourself at your best, with someone who stays.

Vida Suya is safe, modern weight care made for Latina women. A licensed clinician decides what is right for you, a licensed pharmacy fills it, and someone checks on you every month.

About 10 minutes, in English or Spanish. No payment to start.

Made for her

Not adapted for her, and not an afterthought. Built only for Latina women, in English and Spanish.

Safe by name

A licensed prescriber, a licensed pharmacy and a record of what you receive. Named, never hidden.

Someone stays

A clinician decides whether medication is right for you and checks on you every month.

Honest

Every price is published. Nothing about it rushes you. Sometimes the answer is no.

She has done the diets, the gym and the cutting back. She has been sold to many times and cared for rarely.

What she is missing is not information, motivation or another plan. It is someone who looks at her actual situation, tells her honestly what is safe for her, and stays with her after she pays.

How it works

Four steps. Nothing hidden.

  1. A short health questionnaire

One question at a time, in English or Spanish, with the reason behind each one. It takes about 10 minutes and costs nothing to start.

  2. A licensed clinician reviews it

They look at your history and decide whether GLP-1 medication is right for you, which one and at what dose. Sometimes the answer is no, and you will hear why.

  3. A licensed pharmacy fills it

If you are prescribed medication, Rush Pharmacy prepares it and ships it to your home, with a record of who prescribed it, who filled it and what you received.

  4. A check-in every month

A clinician oversees your care and checks in monthly. You pay month to month, and you can stop cleanly whenever you decide.

La mesa

Keep the family dinners. The table was never the problem.

Sunday dinner at mamá’s stays on the calendar. The table is where love happens, and the plates get filled twice. Vida Suya never asks you to choose between the table and the mirror.

Care fits around your life: from home, on your schedule, without losing a morning of work to a waiting room.

Before you decide anything

Who prescribes, who fills it and what it costs.

The four answers, in the order you would ask for them.

1

Who prescribes

A licensed physician or nurse practitioner, after reviewing your health history. You will know their name.

2

What you receive

If prescribed, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, prepared by Rush Pharmacy and shipped to your home. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

3

What it costs

The membership and the medication price for each option, published in full before you pay anything.

4

What happens next

A short questionnaire, a clinician's review, and if medication is right for you, a check-in every month.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as any FDA-approved drug. Read the full disclosure.

What we will never sell you

Some things would sell. We will not sell them.

  • Anything sold “for research” or without a prescriber
  • Countdowns, limited spots or expiring discounts
  • Promised results, pounds, percentages or timelines
  • Teaser prices that grow at checkout
  • Add-ons or upsells next to your prescription

Every step good enough for our own daughters.

That is the standard Vida Suya was built to, before anything else was built. It decides the rest: a named prescriber, a licensed pharmacy, a record of what you receive, and nothing sold to you that your clinician did not decide.

Questions women ask first

Plain answers, before you start.

Does signing up guarantee a prescription?

No. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides whether GLP-1 medication is right for you, which one and at what dose. Paying for a membership does not change that decision.

Who are the clinicians?

Licensed physicians and nurse practitioners who review your intake and oversee your care. They make every prescribing decision independently. You will know the name of the clinician who prescribed your medication.

Can I do this in Spanish?

Yes. You can complete your health questionnaire in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. We will tell you plainly which other parts of your care are available in Spanish as they are confirmed.

Where is Vida Suya available?

In 49 states. Vida Suya is not available to California residents or to anyone outside the United States.

How long does the questionnaire take?

About 10 minutes. It asks one thing at a time and tells you why each question matters. You do not pay anything to start it.

Is the medication FDA-approved?

Launch medication is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are not generic versions of, and are not the same as, any FDA-approved drug. Read the full disclosure on our safety page.
