Vida Suya
How it works

From a short questionnaire to a check-in every month.

Every step, in order, with nothing left out. You will know who prescribes, who fills it and what it costs before you decide anything.

  1. You learn first

Read how it works, what GLP-1 medication is and is not, and every price, before you give us anything. Our GLP-1 guide explains it plainly.

  2. You complete a health questionnaire

In English or Spanish, whichever you choose. One question at a time, with the reason each one matters. It takes about 10 minutes.

  3. A licensed clinician reviews your history

A licensed physician or nurse practitioner decides whether GLP-1 medication is right for you, which one and at what dose. Membership does not guarantee a prescription.

  4. If the answer is no

You are never left with a bare refusal. You will hear why, in plain words, and where to turn next.

  5. If the answer is yes

Rush Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy, prepares your prescription and ships it to your home in any of 49 states. You will know who prescribed it, who filled it and what you received.

  6. Every month, a check-in

A clinician oversees your care and checks in monthly, so changes in how your body is responding are seen by someone qualified instead of guessed at alone.

  7. You can stop cleanly

Month to month, with no long-term commitment and no retention maze. Your clinician guides how you come off the medication.

What a clinician decides

Whether medication is right for you, which one, the dose, and how you come off it. Clinical decisions stay with licensed clinicians, separate from any commercial decision.

What you decide

Whether to start, when to start, and when to stop. Nothing about it is urgent except your safety, and no decision is ever tied to a deadline, an event or a shrinking supply.

Questions about getting started
Does signing up guarantee a prescription?

No. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides whether GLP-1 medication is right for you, which one and at what dose. Paying for a membership does not change that decision.

Who are the clinicians?

Licensed physicians and nurse practitioners who review your intake and oversee your care. They make every prescribing decision independently. You will know the name of the clinician who prescribed your medication.

Can I do this in Spanish?

Yes. You can complete your health questionnaire in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. We will tell you plainly which other parts of your care are available in Spanish as they are confirmed.
