Questions women ask first.
Plain answers to the questions that come before deciding anything.
Getting started
Does signing up guarantee a prescription?
No. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides whether GLP-1 medication is right for you, which one and at what dose. Paying for a membership does not change that decision.
Who are the clinicians?
Licensed physicians and nurse practitioners who review your intake and oversee your care. They make every prescribing decision independently. You will know the name of the clinician who prescribed your medication.
Can I do this in Spanish?
Yes. You can complete your health questionnaire in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. We will tell you plainly which other parts of your care are available in Spanish as they are confirmed.
Where is Vida Suya available?
In 49 states. Vida Suya is not available to California residents or to anyone outside the United States.
How long does the questionnaire take?
About 10 minutes. It asks one thing at a time and tells you why each question matters. You do not pay anything to start it.
Medication and safety
Is the medication FDA-approved?
Launch medication is compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are not generic versions of, and are not the same as, any FDA-approved drug. Read the full disclosure on our safety page.
Who makes the medication?
Vida Suya does not make or compound medication. If you are prescribed medication, it is prepared by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy, and shipped to your home with a record of what you received.
What side effects should I know about?
The most common are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain, which often ease over the first weeks. Some risks are serious. Our safety page lists them, and your clinician will explain the ones that apply to you.
What if I'm pregnant or planning a family?
Tell your clinician. Questions about pregnancy, breastfeeding and family plans are answered by your clinician, never by marketing.
Does Vida Suya sell anything without a prescription?
Never. Nothing is sold “for research” and nothing goes out without a licensed prescriber behind it.
Cost and care
What does it cost?
Every price is published on our pricing page before you pay anything: the membership and the medication price for each option, with nothing added at checkout.
What happens every month?
A check-in with clinician oversight, so changes in how your body is responding are seen by someone qualified. That is the full care promise today, and we describe it no bigger than it is.
What if the answer is no?
A clinician may decide GLP-1 medication isn't right for you. If that happens, you will hear why, in plain words, and where to turn next.
Can I stop?
Yes, cleanly, with no retention maze. Your clinician guides how you come off the medication.
